RED OAK PARKS & RECREATION BOARD
Notice is hereby given that the Regular Meeting of the Red Oak Parks & Recreation Board will be held on Thursday, January 4, 2007, at 7:00 P.M., in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered, to wit:

- CALL TO ORDER - 7:00pm The Parks & Recreation Board President will call the Parks & Recreation Board workshop to order, declare a quorum if present, and declare notices legally posted pursuant to Open Meetings Act .
- PRESENTATIONS - Presentation to Charles and Stacy Smith, David and Laura Alexandra and Cathy Harris for their help and support with Christmas Downtown.
- NEW BUSINESS – OPEN SESSION
- Consideration of approving the minutes of the December 5, 2006 Regular Parks Board Meeting.
- Discussion of the Parks Board Advisory By-Laws.
- Discussion of a trail ordinance and construction standards as part of the Parks Master Trail Plan.
- CITIZENS TO BE HEARD Comments, questions, or presentations for non-agenda items from citizens, but no action may be taken by the Parks and Recreation Board.
- STAFF AND BOARD COMMENTS AND REPORTS Michael Hopping – Director of Parks and Recreation; Christmas special event “Christmas Downtown Red Oak”, and the introduction of the Department’s new administrative secretary, Mrs. Deborah Brackin.
- ADJOURNMENT Posted in accordance with the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, on the 21st day of December 2006 at ________________ p.m.
