NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING
RED OAK PARKS & RECREATION BOARD
Notice is hereby given that the Regular Meeting of the Red Oak Parks & Recreation Board will be held on Tuesday, September 4, 2007, at 7:00 P.M., in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered, to wit:

- CALL TO ORDER - 7:00pm The Parks & Recreation Board President will call the Parks & Recreation Board regular meeting to order, declare a quorum if present, and declare notices legally posted pursuant to Open Meetings Act .
- INVOCATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
- NEW BUSINESS – OPEN SESSION
- Consideration of approving the minutes of the August 6, 2007 Regular Parks Board Meeting.
- Discussion and consideration of setting a workshop for the Halloween Carnival with the Tourism Department.
- Discussion item only; Christmas downtown Red Oak
- Discussion of Founders Day volleyball and horseshoe tournaments
- Discussion item only, FY2007-2008 Budget
- Discussion and consideration of funding the Municipal Center Trail using Capital Park Improvement Funds
- Discussion and consideration of purchasing future property
- Discussion of dedicated Parks property in the Coyote Ridge subdivision
- CITIZENS TO BE HEARD Comments, questions, or presentations for non-agenda items from citizens, but no action may be taken by the Parks and Recreation Board.
