NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING
RED OAK PARKS & RECREATION BOARD
Notice is hereby given that the Regular Meeting of the Red Oak Parks & Recreation Board will be held on Tuesday, October 2, 2007, at 7:00 P.M., in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered, to wit:

- CALL TO ORDER - 7:00pm The Parks & Recreation Board President will call the Parks & Recreation Board regular meeting to order, declare a quorum if present, and declare notices legally posted pursuant to Open Meetings Act .
- INVOCATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
- NEW BUSINESS – OPEN SESSION
- Consideration of approving the minutes of the September 4, 2007 Regular Parks Board Meeting and September 11, 2007 and September 21, 2007 Special Park Board Meetings.
- Discussion and consideration of co-sponsoring Planet Kidz.
- Discussion and consideration of setting a date for a barbeque for the Park Board and their families.
- Discussion and consideration of purchasing park property.
- Discussion of Halloween Carnival.
- Discussion and consideration of approving a Halloween Carnival flyer.
- Discussion item only; Christmas Downtown Red Oak.
- CITIZENS TO BE HEARD Comments, questions, or presentations for non-agenda items from citizens, but no action may be taken by the Parks and Recreation Board.
- STAFF AND BOARD COMMENTS AND REPORTS
- ADJOURNMENT
