NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING
RED OAK PARKS & RECREATION BOARD
Notice is hereby given that the Regular Meeting of the Red Oak Parks & Recreation Board will be held on Tuesday, December 4, 2007, at 7:00 P.M., in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered, to wit:

- CALL TO ORDER - 7:00pm The Parks & Recreation Board President will call the Parks & Recreation Board Regular Meeting to order, declare a quorum if present, and declare notices legally posted pursuant to Open Meetings Act .
- INVOCATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
- NEW BUSINESS – OPEN SESSION
- Consideration of approving the minutes of the November 6, 2007 Regular Parks Board Meeting.
- Discussion of Christmas Downtown Red Oak and Parade.
- Consideration of approving or disapproving the absence of Adam Chapa.
- Consideration of moving January 1, 2008, Regular Meeting to an alternate date.
- CITIZENS TO BE HEARD Comments, questions, or presentations for non-agenda items from citizens, but no action may be taken by the Parks and Recreation Board.
- STAFF AND BOARD COMMENTS AND REPORTS Parks Director, Michael Hopping - Update Board on the progress on proposed park land.
- ADJOURNMENT
