NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING
RED OAK PARKS & RECREATION BOARD
Notice is hereby given that the Regular Meeting of the Red Oak Parks & Recreation Board will be held on Tuesday, February 5, 2008, at 7:00 P.M., in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered, to wit:

- CALL TO ORDER - 7:00pm The Parks & Recreation Board President will call the Parks & Recreation Board Regular Meeting to order, declare a quorum if present, and declare notices legally posted pursuant to Open Meetings Act .
- INVOCATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
- PRESENTATIONS - Presentation to Charles and Stacy Smith, Cathy Harris, Aaron and Sandy Wickware, David and Laura Alexandra, Shane Bernhardt, Lt. Boyd Brock, Sgt. Jim Langham and the Red Oak Police Explorers Post #1132 for their help and support in the Christmas Downtown event.
- NEW BUSINESS – OPEN SESSION
- Consideration of approving the minutes of the December 4, 2007 Regular Parks Board Meeting.
- Discussion of Easter Egg Hunt.
- Discussion and consideration of approving a luncheon for the senior citizens of Red Oak.
- Discussion of the new proposed parkland and timeline.
- Discussion of visiting with Red Oak citizens that reside around the City Park.
- CITIZENS TO BE HEARD Comments, questions, or presentations for non-agenda items from citizens, but no action may be taken by the Parks and Recreation Board.
- STAFF AND BOARD COMMENTS AND REPORTS
- ADJOURNMENT
