RED OAK PARKS & RECREATION BOARD
Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Red Oak Parks & Recreation Board will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2008, at 6:00 P.M., in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered, to wit:

- CALL TO ORDER - 6:00pm The Parks & Recreation Board President will call the Parks & Recreation Board Special Meeting to order, declare a quorum if present, and declare notices legally posted pursuant to Open Meetings Act .
- INVOCATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
- NEW BUSINESS – OPEN SESSION - Workshop to hear presentation from design firms as possible candidates for the design work on the new park.
- CITIZENS TO BE HEARD - Comments, questions, or presentations for non-agenda items from citizens, but no action may be taken by the Parks and Recreation Board.
- STAFF BOARD COMMENTS AND REPORTS
- ADJOURNMENT
