CALL TO ORDER - 7:00 p.m. - Chair Johnny Pearson, Sr. called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. and declared a quorum was present and notices legally posted. Members present were:

Ginny Lindsey, Member
Board Members absent were: Daniel Bernheimer, Member; Wedsel Groom, Member; Max Schrank, Alternate; and Lydia Bryce, Alternate.
- NEW BUSINESS – OPEN SESSION
- Discussion of the Christmas special event “Christmas Downtown Red Oak”.
The Board and Parks Director, Michael Hopping, discussed the Christmas special event “Christmas Downtown Red Oak”. Details, including costs associated with the event, included advertising space in the Red Oak “Now” Magazine, advertising fliers, petting zoo and pony rides, and other items. Discussion only. No action was taken.
