CALL TO ORDER - 6:00 p.m. - Park Board Chair, Johnny Pearson, Sr. called the meeting to order at 6:07 p.m.

Robin Stephenson, Secretary arrived 6:26 p.m.

Alternates Present: Amy Hedtke, Joe Perez
- NEW BUSINESS – OPEN SESSION
- Discussion of the Halloween Carnival. Discussion took place concerning the costume contest, judges and other details such as name tags and costume criteria. It was decided that Amy would oversee the contest with the help of Lauren Whatley from the Tourism Department. Carol Johnson reported that Citizen’s National Bank would be donating $500 for promotions and we would also receive a $100 donation from Brookshire’s.
- CITIZENS TO BE HEARD - Comments, questions, or presentations for non-agenda items from citizens, but no action may be taken by the Parks and Recreation Board. No citizens present.
