RED OAK PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Regular Meeting of the Red Oak Planning & Zoning Commission will be held on Tuesday, January 3, 2006, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered to-wit:

I. CALL TO ORDER - The Chair will call the meeting to order, declare quorum if present, and declare notices legally posted pursuant to the Open Meetings Act.
II. NEW BUSINESS - OPEN SESSION
A. Consideration of approving the minutes of the December 5, 2005 Regular Meeting.
B. Conduct a Public Hearing and consideration of approving an Amended Development Plan for Fox Hollow Estates III, being part of the original 18.4805 acres in the Robert Bell Survey, A-60, City of Red Oak, Ellis County, Texas, further described as being located at 304 Brian Cove, Lot 22, Block A, located south of Red Oak Road and east of Hwy. 342, requested by Sumeer Homes.
C. Conduct a Public Hearing and consideration of approving an Amended Development Plan for the new Red Oak Elementary School, being approximately 18 acres in the McKinney & Williams Survey, A-751 and the Robert Bell Survey, A-60, City of Red Oak, Ellis County, Texas, located at 200 Valley Ridge Drive, requested by the Red Oak Independent School District.
D. Consideration of approving a Final Plat for Eastridge South, Phase 2, a 52 lot single-family detached subdivision, being 14.189 acres in the A. M. Lavender Survey, A-630, City of Red Oak, Ellis County, Texas, requested by Greg Edwards Engineering Services, Inc.
