Notice is hereby given that the Regular Meeting of the Red Oak Planning & Zoning Commission will be held on Monday, November 6, 2006, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered to-wit:

- Consideration of approving Lots 21A and 21B, Lot A, Country Ranch Estates, Installment No. 4, being a replat of Lot 21, Block A, Country Ranch Estates, No. 4, City of Red Oak, Ellis County, Texas, requested by S & G Sales.
