RED OAK PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting/Workshop of the City of Red Oak Planning & Zoning Commission and City Council will be held on Tuesday, November 28, 2006, at 6:00 p.m. at the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered, to-wit:
- CALL TO ORDER - The Mayor will call the meeting to order, declare a quorum if present, and declare notices legally posted pursuant to the Open Meetings Act.
- INVOCATION & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
- NEW BUSINESS – OPEN SESSION
- Presentation and discussion by Amy Monier concerning green space.
- Discussion and consideration of approving the construction of a 4-lane thoroughfare with turn lanes on east Red Oak Road and discussion on underground utility costs.
- Discussion and workshop on Vision 2020.
- Discussion and consideration of whether to amend City of Red Oak fees.
- ADJOURNMENT
