Notice is hereby given that the Regular Meeting of the Red Oak Planning & Zoning Commission will be held on Monday, May 7, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered to-wit:

- NEW BUSINESS – OPEN SESSION
- Consideration of approving the minutes of the April 2, 2007 Regular Meeting.
- Conduct a Public Hearing and consideration of approving Lot 1R, Price Estates, Phase 2 (1.745 acres), being a replat of Lots 1A and 1B of Price Estates, Phase 2, City of Red Oak, Ellis County, Texas, further described as being located north of Pierce Road and east of Lowrance Rd., requested by Michael Lowrey.
