RED OAK PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Regular Meeting of the Red Oak Planning & Zoning Commission will be held on Monday, July 2, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed:

- CALL TO ORDER - The Chair will call the meeting to order, declare quorum if present, and declare notices legally posted pursuant to the Open Meetings Act.
- NEW BUSINESS – OPEN SESSION
- Consideration of approving the minutes of the Monday, April 2, 2007 Regular Meeting.
- Consideration of approving the appointment of a Chair.
- Consideration of approving the appointment of a Vice-chair.
- Consideration of approving the appointment of a Secretary.
- Conduct a Public Hearing and consideration of approving a zoning change from Agriculture (AG) to Commercial-1 (C-1) for approximately 0.997 acres in the George C. Parks Survey, City of Red Oak, Ellis County, Texas, located east of Interstate 35 and south of Ovilla Road, requested by Bach A. Diep.
- Conduct a Public Hearing and consideration of approving a Development Plan and zoning change from Agriculture (AG) to Planned Development zoning Lots 3, 4, and 8, Turner Estates, and from Residential-2 (R-2) to Planned Development zoning for Lot 9, Turner Estates, City of Red Oak, Ellis County, Texas, requested by Scott Green.
- Conduct a Public Hearing and consideration of approving an amended comprehensive zoning ordiance for the City of Red Oak.
