NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
RED OAK PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Regular Meeting of the Red Oak Planning & Zoning Commission will be held on Monday, August 6, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed:

- CALL TO ORDER - The Chair will call the meeting to order, declare quorum if present, and declare notices legally posted pursuant to the Open Meetings Act.
- NEW BUSINESS – OPEN SESSION
- Consideration of approving the minutes of the Monday, July 2, 2007 Regular Meeting.
- Consideration of approving the appointment of a Vice-Chair.
- Conduct a Public Hearing and consideration of approving an amended Development Plan for Lot 1, Block 1, Josey Acres, City of Red Oak, Ellis County, Texas, located south of Hwy. 2377, and west of Lowrance Rd., requested by Steve Skipper.
- Consideration of approving Final Plats for Harmony Estates subdivision, Phase 2A, being 115 SFR lots and Phase 2B, being 44 SFR lots, John Nugent Survey, A-796, City of Red Oak, Ellis County, Texas, located north of Ovilla Rd. and east of Uhl Rd., requested by Harrington Engineering, Inc.
- Conduct a Public Hearing and consideration of approving a waiver from the standard subdivision requirements, permitting a 3-inch water line without fire hydrants instead of the required 8-inch water line with fire hydrants, for approximately 19 acres in the Robert Crow Survey, A-199, City of Red Oak, Ellis County, Texas, located south of Stainback Rd. and east of Batchler Rd., requested by Leland and Pam Abbott.
- Consideration of approving a Short Form Plat for Lots 1-3, Block A, Abbott Manor, being a 18.310 acre addition in the Robert Crow Survey, A-199, City of Red Oak, Ellis County, Texas, requested by Leland and Pam Abbott.
- Discussion of temporary AG zoning districts.
