Notice is hereby given that the Regular Meeting of the Red Oak Planning & Zoning Commission will be held on Monday, October 1, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed:

- Consideration of approving the minutes of the Monday, August 6, 2007 Regular Meeting.
- Consideration of approving the appointment of a Vice-Chair.
- Consideration of approving a revised Preliminary Plat for Lots 1 and 2, Block A, and Lot 1, Block B, Waterview Commercial Center, being an 11.309 acre addition in the S. McCommas Survey, A-695 and the J.E. Patton Survey, A-839, City of Red Oak, Ellis County, Texas, requested by Charlie Bertrand.
- Consideration of approving a Final Plat for Lots 1 and 2, Block A and Lot 1, Block B, Waterview Commercial Center, being a 11.309 acre addition in the S. McCommas Survey, A-695 and the J.E. Patton Survey, A-839, City of Red Oak, Ellis County, Texas, requested by Charlie Bertrand.
