Notice is hereby given that the Regular Meeting of the Red Oak Planning & Zoning Commission will be held on Monday, July 7, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. in the Reagan Room of the Red Oak Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed:

- Consideration of approving the minutes of the Monday, June 2, 2008, Regular Meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission.
- Conduct a Public Hearing and possible action concerning approving a replat for Lots C-1E, C-1F, C-1G and C-1H, Block 5, Mara Estates, Second Installment, being a replat of Lots C-1A, C-1C and C-1D, Block 5, Mara Estates, Second Installment, City of Red Oak, Ellis County, Texas, located north of Buckskin Drive and east of IH 35 Service Road, requested by Jason Dodson, J. Houston Homes.
