CALL TO ORDER - 7:00 p.m. - Chair Barry Maners called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m. Commissioners present were:

II. NEW BUSINESS - OPEN SESSION
A. Consideration of approving the minutes of the Monday, February 6, 2006, Regular Meeting.
Vice-chair Nichols made the motion seconded by Member Cornett to approve the minutes of the Monday, February 6, 2006 Regular Meeting, as written. The motion was unanimous.
B. Conduct a Public Hearing and consideration of approving an Amended Development Plan for screening wall requirements for Coyote Ridge (formerly named Hickory Creek), being approximately 115 acres in the George C. Parks Survey, A-836, City of Red Oak, Ellis County, Texas, east of Interstate Highway 35 between Ovilla Road and Red Oak Road, requested by Crannell, Crannell & Martin Engineering.
Barry Maners opened the Public Hearing. Jeff Crannell spoke for the request. There were several homeowners from the adjoining Bluebonnet Drive that were not against the request, but wanted to speak about problems with the construction of the new Coyote Ridge development, including drainage, street lighting, grading, and fencing issues. Vice-chair Nichols made the motion seconded by Member Cornett to close the Public Hearing. The motion was unanimous. Member Hanes made the motion seconded by Vice-chair Nichols to approve the Amended Development Plan for screening wall requirements for Coyote Ridge, being approximately 115 acres in the George C. Parks Survey, A-836, City of Red Oak, Ellis County, Texas, per the presented subdivision entrance/landscaping plans to include signage and lighting on both sides of the proposed wall along Hickory Creek Drive; to construct the sidewalk along Ovilla Road during Phase 2 of the development. The motion was unanimous.
III ADJOURNMENT - The meeting adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
