The Development Services Department also provides mapping services and develops the City’s comprehensive plan. The department is divided up into five divisions, Engineering, Code Enforcement, Permits, Building Inspections, and Planning and Zoning.
Development cases get their start in Planning and Development Services. From the first ideas and submittals, to the final inspections, all new residential, commercial and public land development roads lead to the Development Services Department.
