To View Current and Previous Bids:

1. Click on the bid notice of interest to be redirected to the Public Purchase portal. 
2. Register with Public Purchase or log in as returning user. Registration is free but REQUIRED. 
3. Register with the City of Red Oak through the Public Purchase portal. Click here for detailed instructions. 

*NOTE: This is a two-part process, including registration with Public Purchase and registration with the City of Red Oak. It is important that the second part of the registration is complete or you may not receive notifications of upcoming opportunities from City of Red Oak.
