CHAPTER 2.00 ADMINISTRATIVE AND COURT FEES
Sec. 2.001 Copying Charges for Public Record
The service charges for copying governmental and public records shall be as follows:
(a) For readily available information on standard size pages (up to 8-1/2 x 14), the copying charge shall be $0.10 per page. Each side that has recorded information is considered a page.
(b) For information which is not readily available, the copying charge shall be $0.10 per page plus actual labor costs incurred by the city in providing the requested information.
(c) In addition, the city may also add any postal expenses which may be necessary to transmit the reproduced documents to the requesting party.
(d) The city secretary shall establish the copying or reproduction charge for nonstandard sized pages or documents (maps, books, etc.), and nonstandard copies of recorded information placed onto diskettes, magnetic tape, data cartridge, tape cartridge, rewritable CD (CD-RW), non-rewritable CD (CD-R), rewritable DVD (DVD-RW), non-rewritable DVD (DVD-R), Digital video disks, JAZ drive, other electronic media, VHS video cassette, audio cassette.
(e) A fee of six dollars ($6.00) shall be charged for the copying or reproduction of an accident/incident report.

(f) For Offense Reports the copying charge shall be $0.10 per page for the first 50 pages.
(g) Any certified document or report will be $2.00 extra.
(h) For Offense Reports the copying charge shall be $0.10 per page for the first 50 pages. A charge of $16.00 an hour, plus $0.10 per page applies to all reports that are 51 pages or more.
(i) A fee of ten dollars ($10.00) shall be charged for finger printing.

Sec. 2.002 Credit Card Processing Fee
(a) Any processing fee or service charge collected shall be deposited in the general fund of the municipality.
Fee Payments: Payments can be made by exact cash amounts or a money order. Records cannot make change for any fees collected.
