The City of Red Oak cares for and dignifies seniors with a safe and caring environment, creative and inclusive programs, and thoughtful resources to promote health, well-being, fellowship, and involvement. The City of Red Oak offers several unique opportunities and activities for active senior lifestyles.

Annual Spring Luncheon

Each Spring, the City of Red Oak Parks & Recreations Department hosts a Senior Luncheon at the Municipal Center, 200 Lakeview Parkway. Please check this website for further information regarding the luncheon. 

Senior Citizens of Red Oak LogoSenior Citizen Center of Red Oak

All citizens 55 and over…we welcome you to join us for lunch every first and third Thursday of the month. Pre-registration is required no later than the Tuesday before lunch. There is no cost to senior citizens that are residents of Red Oak but a cost of $5 for all senior citizens that are non-residents.  The Red Oak Senior Center (207 W Red Oak Rd) hosts the Red Oak Lions Club at 6:30 pm on the 1st Thursday of every month.
