Utility Billing

Sewer caps have been added to City of Red Oak residential utility accounts based on the average consumption used during the months of December, January and February. Sewer service is billed based on consumption up to the winter average for the months of March through November 2021. Due to the recent winter storms and icy road conditions, our meter readers were unable to obtain all meter readings by the reading date of February 15th. Meters that were read later than the usual date resulted in additional days of service added to the March 1st bills. If this was the case with your account, your next billing on April 1st will be offset with fewer than the normal amount of service days beginning from the date the meter was last read. If you are experiencing difficulties making payment and need assistance, please contact our billing department. Our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you in completing a payment plan or extension.
