Master Fee Schedule
Are you looking for a list of City fees? Perhaps you would like to know the fee to purchase a copy of a planning plat? Or the cost of a fence permit? Or the charge to register your sterilized dog?
To help ease the searching process, a Master Fee Schedule has been created to encompass all of the different fees within the City. This can be used to assist with the planning of projects and activities.
The following fees include all necessary permits except water and sewer connections and park fees.
Administrative Cost: In the event a third-party inspector is used, the actual cost of the third-party inspector services plus an administrative fee of $0.25 per square foot under roof shall be assessed and collected in the amount of no less than $450.00
Repairs, Additions, or Alterations
The fee shall be $100.00 per each contractor / subcontractor (i.e. plumber, electrician, etc.)
Fees same as new construction.

The sewer connection fee shall be $600.00 or actual cost, whichever is greater. All boring costs shall be in addition to this fee and shall be the responsibility of the property owner.

The following fees are charged on each permit issued for new construction.
1. The annual fee for a mixed beverage permit is not charged during the three-year period following issuance of the permit.
2. Per vendor and for each location at event.
3. Per hour with one-hour minimum.
