Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Voluntary Annexation to the City of Red Oak, Texas

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, THAT:

The City of Red Oak, Texas proposes to institute voluntary annexation proceedings to enlarge and extend the boundary limits of said city to include the following described territory, to wit:  

Property Description:    206.285 acre tract, more or less, out of the Gaz B. Lamar Survey, Abstract Number 657, and the James M. Riggs Survey, Abstract Number 902, in the City of Red Oak ETJ, Ellis County, Texas, Parcel Nos. 187110, 187112 and 189910. 

Two public hearings will be held by and before the City Council of the City of Red Oak, Texas, on Monday, May 17, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. and Tuesday, May 18, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, located at 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, or may be held by telephone and/or video conference, for all persons interested in the above proposed voluntary annexation.  At said time and place, all such persons shall have the right to appear and be heard.   In lieu of appearing, persons may file written comments which will be read into the record. Of all said matters and things, all persons interested in the things and matters herein mentioned will take notice.
