We have one large room (Ronald Reagan & Evelyn Pitts) that will seat 250 guests or it can be divided in half (Ronald Reagan OR Evelyn Pitts) with a partition for smaller events and seat 125 guests.
*Standard Rental Rate: $600 ($300 for half of the room)
**Weekend Rental Rate: $750 ($375 for half of the room)
*Standard Rentals: Monday through Thursday
** Weekend Rentals: Friday through Sunday
$200 refundable damage deposit and a non-refundable deposit of half the room rental is required upon signing of agreement to reserve your date.
Discounts - One discount per rental contract
Time Limit
The rates are for 8 hours of access. This includes setting-up, having your event and clean up. Additional hours may be purchased at a fee of $45 per hour
